Here is Miley Cyrus wearing a sheer top minus a bra to show off her boobs at the 2012 iHeart Radio Music Festival in Las Vegas. She was told to fold her shirt up to hide her nipples... I think we all can agree, the person who told her to protect her modesty should have been slapped in the face on the spot. Like Miley didn't know what she was doing putting her nips on display for the people at the event. She pick the sheer top to put on and she choose not to wear a bra underneath. And I am sure she couldn't refuse to fold her top up after being outed because then she would be seen as the obvious attention who she is really.
