5 Ways to Make Kitchen Sex Extra Fabulous

It's Naked November, so we've been thinking about nakedness a lot. And since naked dates can lead to naked sex, how about some kitchen sex ideas? Sex in your apartment or living space can feel a little stale. Not with GetLusty. We're all about exploring, experimenting and trying different activities to spice things up! GetLusty's food and sex lover, Crimson Love, is here to help you sexplore your apartment. Here, we'll re-discover the joys of sex. We love apartment sex! This is part of our series on sex in different (maybe surprising places). Past articles include, 13 fun places to have apartment sex? And 5 surprising places in your apartment to make sex amazing again. So go ahead, have sex again--in every. Single. Room!

* * *

A hotbed of sensual possibility, the kitchen is not just about counter tops. Well, it’s mostly about counter tops. And maybe a little bit about the sink - especially if you’re lucky enough to possess one of those tingle-inducing faucets with the multi-speed, detachable head...

#1 Use those counter tops

Height and surface area are your first and best allies in the kitchen. The penetrating partner of suitable height can achieve amazing depth when entering a counter-perched lover. Always make sure it's stable before going harder and deeper, like I know many of you love. Sitting spread-eagle, or bent at the waist, also provides: 1. A really hot visual. 2. The perfect position for your partner to grab you by the hips and pull you even closer.

Bonus: a center island. Height, surface area and 360 access? Drawers for leverage and adapted toys (see #3 below)? The opportunity, should you find yourself feeling impulsive, to sweep the whole lot of newspapers, unopened mail and coffee mugs to the floor in a sexy, theatrical flourish? You’ve got it made.

#2 Orgasm on the cupboards? Yes, please!

Cupboards are for bracing yourself, aiding momentum, slamming dramatically at the height of orgasm and foraging in afterward to get your strength back up. Do the doors have handles? Why not use scarves to bind your lover while you try #3.

#3 Get kinky with kitchen utensils!

A swat with a spatula. A pastry brush over nipples. The convex sides of spoons warmed in palms, between legs. The sting of whisks. Open the drawers and get creative. Wash it well before and after: you’re in the kitchen, for goodness sake! However, there are several things to watch. Stay away from: microwaves (unless you’re heating up one of those lovely glass dildos), blenders, knives; frankly anything that is too sharp, too hot or too motorized.

#4 Food & sex? Oh my!

If you’re into food and sex, or properly washedand chilled insertable materials, the ‘fridge is your best kitchen-lust ally. Stock up!

Bonus: an in-door ice maker. Good for nipples, clits and penises; the cold can be too intense for some. Be careful, however, of popping one in your mouth and attempting head: there's a high risk of the bad sort of choking. Though, possibly not as bad as these other blowjob mistakes. In addition, the refrigerator can be used as a (fairly) sturdy base to be shoved up against. Provided you don’t mind knocking off commemorative magnets, grocery lists or that one really stunning vacation photo you took a few years ago (wink).

#5 The Floor

How can you enjoy a good, old-fashioned shag, minus the dirty floor? Some of you may not mind writhing in a little grit. Those who do: why not stash a spare sheet in a convenient spot, like between that once-used popcorn popper and the never-used snow cone maker? If your linen closet is within don’t-break-the-spell distance, grab a few towels: they can be used to mop up come afterward (wink).

Lastly, since you've been on every surface, possibly eaten, possibly inserted various objects or swept mail and mugs to the floor in a fit of lust: clean up! Clean yourselves, clean the space and stay tuned for the next installment of great apartment sex.

Gents! 5 Ways to Have Better Tasting Cum

Is your lover lucky enough to have a swallower? You don't mind cum or you actually love it? That's great. You're awesome. Our Bethany Kibblesmith is here to introduce you to having better tasting semen. Seriously.

* * *

Men. You’ve wondered. You've worried. The girl that didn’t swallow or, worse, spat it out less-than-gracefully. How about the guy that only stayed down there for a few minutes before coming up with what we could swear was a peculiar look on his face? Was it us? Could be.

In this series--stating with the gents--we're going to address the taste of our sexual fluids. Is there anything that could improve the taste of them? In the first in a two-part series, I say yes. There's definitely a set of activities that you can do to give your semen an improved taste.

What is men's semen, anyway?

Men's semen is basically neutral, having a PH of 7. 96%, sperm is mostly water. It consists of protein, sugars, water, potassium, cholesterol and contains around 1-2% of actual sperm. 1-2%! To those of you ladies and gentlemen freaked out by sperm, remember how small a fraction and how harmless (in healthy men) it actually is!

What are the common complains?

In this article, we'll address the four common complains about semen. Overall, the major complaint about your semen is its taste. The big four include bitterness, pungency (including a offsetting smelliness), semen being “bleachy" or otherwise salty. Take it from your lover, if she tells you your taste has changed for the worse, try these recommendations.

There are a few things to do, a few things to eat and a few things to remember about biology in order to be assured of producing the most pleasant sexual fluids. How can a healthy man (with emphasis on healthy: if you have distinctly off-smelling spunk, it’s high time to visit your doctor) become a little sweeter? Let’s count the ways!

#1 Don't drink excessively

Lay off the booze (supposedly, chemically processed liquors are worse than the naturally fermented sort).

Lay off the cigarettes (by some accounts, the worst offender) and marijuana for that matter. The coffee (bitterness contributor), the fast food. In fact, all the popular vices can be conducive to, sometimes massively, off-tasting ejaculate.

#2 Avoid spicy foods like garlic

Avoid heavily spiced meals 12-24 hours before fellatio. I know, I know, you can’t really plan for it, but for those blissful times you can, do. Ever eaten a bunch of garlic or curry and smelled it in your sweat the next day at the gym? That can happen to your cum. Try other spices like cardamom and cinnamon instead, as those can have a positive effect on taste.

#3 The Don'ts & Do's of Veggies

Certain veggies create unpleasant chemical reactions (due to sulfur content, etc.) effecting taste and smell. Don'ts. Run away from the cabbage family, onions and asparagus. Especially asparagus; the breaking down of methionine into methyl mercaptan is responsible for the universal reputation asparagus has as a befouler. Do's. Instead, opt for wheatgrass, celery and parsley, which have a high chlorophyll content and will make semen taste sweeter.

#4 Eat more fruit

While an overall healthy diet will contribute heartily to your overall deliciousness, upping your fruit consumption can create one of the best environments for semen sweetness. Certain folks would take an oath over the miracles of apples, mangoes, bananas, pineapple, papaya, and grapes. Be forewarned: it is mostly the sugar content (though, the vitamins help too) that makes them effective, so get further advice if you have issues with sugar. Acidic fruits like lemons and limes are also purportedly sound choices. Selenium and zinc are recognized sperm quality boosters.

It’s true: vegetarians taste better. Hands down, everyone says so. Or maybe vegans have the edge here? An overabundance of red meat, some fish, and dairy (due to bacterial putrefaction...yuck) may contribute to saltiness and pungency. Though some report that meat and fish, while certainly altering the flavor, can create a butteriness that is not wholly unpleasant.

#5 Drink more water

Drink water. Drink more water. Then, drink a bit more. Flushing your body of toxins is good for you, your skin and your cum! Don't drink more than 8 glasses of water a day, as you can drink too much water.

Alright, ladies. The second article in this series will be your turn! Until then, many of the tips above apply to you, but vaginas have a whole separate set of special circumstances. We’ll deal with your period, hormones, yeast and bacterial issues that drinking a boatload of pineapple juice simply won’t help (or, in fact, may exacerbate).

9 Must Haves for Thanksgiving Weekend Marathon Sex

This entire week is all about overdoing it. So how about having some marathon sex!? GetLusty sex geek Bethany Kibblesmith is here to talk about marathon sex with all your extra free time you'll likely acquire over this holiday season. Disclaimer: If you're feeling woozy, please stop. Drink some water. Always consult your physician before starting a new diet or exercise program. Don't do something silly and sue GetLusty. Marathon sex can be fatal (no, seriously), so please listen to your bodies.

* * *

There has never been a better time to try marathon sex. What do I mean by marathon sex? What we're talking about is a sex session that lasts for between 2-8 hours. Sex broken up with little breaks? Yes. Foreplay, sex, tantra and general pleasure throughout this period. Yup, that's marathon sex.

To those bold enough to have embarked on a carnal marathon or two, this may seem like a whole lot of common sense with a few surprises. It is. To others, it might strike as a practical list for the naughty, if not irritatingly elusive, urban sex safari. It’s that too. And to those who’ve never considered giving over an entire day to fornication... Well, I hope after reading you’ll reconsider!

How to make marathon sex amazong.

#1 Time, Time, Time

You thought you could get away with just having marathon sex and skipping the sex marathon? Nope. This list is for serious contenders. You’ll need at least 24 hours. Uninterrupted. I know it’s a lot to ask, but for the fullest, most transformational, and pleasantly exhausting experience, you’ll need to:
  • Commit to no outside obligations for the day. I mean none. The UPS guy will come back tomorrow. Remember: You’re trying to cast a spell here.
  • If you have them, shunt the kids off for a day-n-night. Fib innocently about your plans.
  • Turn off your phones. Off. Not vibrate.
  • No computers or televisions either. Unless you’re exploring mutually beneficial porn. Or having a little movie break (gun for something at least a touch hot-blooded) to catch your breath and replenish your reserves. Avoid the news. And sports. Unless it's fetish territory for both of you.
#2 Supplies

In short, be prepared. Imagine what you would need to camp for a weekend. Then spice it up and subtract the tent. Or don’t. It could be fun pretending you’re shagging under the stars, even if you’re just rolling around on carpet instead of moaning into the wilderness.

If you’ve found yourselves in a hotel due to domestic circumstance, enviable privilege, or a rare splurge, you may have to prepare both a bit more and a bit less, i.e., interruptions for room service are not as jarring as a call from a bellyaching co-worker, but forgetting a goodly supply of lube could be tragic away from home.

So, without further ado, here’s the supplies you and your lover should gather prior:

#3 Food

Seem silly? It won’t after you’ve done it for the umpteenth time and desperately need to get your strength back up. However: stay away from lots of fats and carbs. They’ll make you sluggish. What you need are natural sugars and hydrating foods (berries, bananas, avocados, melons). Things that are easy to digest. Sexy foods: chocolate, oysters, almonds (a symbol of fertility), fancy cheeses. You get the picture.

#4 Water and potent potables

Lots and lots (and lots) of water. Especially if you’re indulging in alcohol. I’m not suggesting you get totally wasted (and I am suggesting you be with someone you trust implicitly). However, if you do imbibe, a nice buzz will lower inhibitions and get the ball rolling. Need I remind you champagne is the drink of lovers, of celebrations? Why not try one of the purported aphrodisiacal drinks: white rum, white port, green chartreuse, the notorious absinthe?

But: drink that water! Nothing can halt your marathon like a pounding headache, a mini-hangover, or dehydration down there. Plus, if you’re doing it right, you’re gonna be thirsty.

It also wouldn’t hurt to restock your coffee supply or have an energy drink or two knocking around the refrigerator. There are tons of natural energy drinks these days, if you’re looking to avoid the artificial sweetener/chemical swill trap. Look for those chock full of marathon boosters: ginseng, B-vitamins, yerba mate, zinc.

#5 Shelter

Whether you’re in an apartment, your house, a hotel, motel, or even a RV, this is your sacred space for the next 24 hours. Lock the doors. Draw the shades. And...tidy. Seriously. Hopefully you won’t have to do this if you’ve sprung for a home away from home, but in your own digs, cleanliness - or at least the rousing illusion of it - is key. I'm not saying break out the mop and rubber gloves (unless that turns you on) and commence a top-to-bottom clean-a-thon. That can be a stressor in itself!

Though washing the dishes may not sound very sexy, it can be! Doing it pre-marathon can assure the fullest possible relaxation when you get down to business. Ditto to fresh sheets, clean towels, sweet-smelling lounge wear, unsullied lingerie. Don't relax too much yet, though; there's more.

While the following supplies/atmospherics aren’t intrinsic to your marathon, some of you will find they go far in enhancing the vibe of your mini-den of iniquity. They may also aid in planting certain sultry seeds that bear fruit down the line.

#6 Mood Lighting

This could be the perfect opportunity to surprise install that dimmer you’ve been talking about for months. Or stick a couple pink bulbs in the lamps. Now is the perfect time to pull out all your candles! I know they follow mood lighting, but here’s your opportunity to play with scent. Try erotic scents like jasmine and patchouli (there’s a reason it was once popular), or romantic ones like rose.

#7 Bubble bath and snazzy soaps

The bathroom is an excellent place to feel wonderful! These could well enhance your experience of cleaning yourselves (much more on that in the next installment!) or each other. Plus, slipping against one another in a frothy bath can be both relaxing and stimulating.

#8 Outfits

You likely have a few items. Anything that makes you feel sexy--inside and out. Picking out a few striking, smutty, or downright sexy ensembles beforehand. And more intricate garb if you’re going to indulge in role play. It can prevent killing the mood by fumbling through drawers, or squinting in the dimness of your brand new mood lighting.

#9 Music

Why not spend an afternoon before your marathon making a playlist of the tunes that get your blood pumping? What kind of music makes you want to move that way? What sort has that effect on your partner? It’ll also work double-time to get both of you excited for the upcoming event.

Since this is becoming a marathon article (fitting), stay tuned for the next installment where we’ll deal with #3-#7: hygiene, variety, mid-marathon fatigue, absolutely essential supplies and troubleshooting. In the meantime, gather the goods and circle a date on the calendar!

3 Recipes for a Healthier Thanksgiving Dinner

Thanksgiving dinner can often have an overwhelming amount of food or unhealthy food options available. Not lusty at all. Well, being healthy is an essential component of being sexual, let's talk about healthy recipes. Resident mom and chef extraordinaire, GetLusty's Eileen Prouffe is here to help you come up with a few healthier recipes so you don't have to feel bloated and lethargic when you finish your Thanksgiving meal this year. After all, you want to save room to show your special someone how thankful you really are.

* * *

#1 For stuffing, go vegan!

Stuffing is most people's favorite part of the turkey dinner, but it can become a very fatty dish that's also full of carbs.  Don't worry, I have come to the rescue and don't get me wrong, I love my grandmother's original stuffing recipe that consisted of not only a lot of white bread, but also sausage. However, there are healthier ways to make the same type of stuffing now a days.

I add green apple to my stuffing to add a little bit of natural fruit that gives off excellent flavors. Plus, you can add vegetarian base instead of chicken. Lastly, use multi-grain or wheat bread instead of white bread. I grew up on wheat bread and I honestly never buy white bread.

I understand that Thanksgiving happens once a year and some people just want to splurge, but if you are hosting Thanksgiving or have the opportunity to make a dish to bring to someone's house then it will only benefit you and the ones you love to make a better choice.  Also, some people may not even notice the difference and if they do, they'll probably love it.  Believe me, you will feel better after the meal and the next day as well.  Laying on the couch with your belly sticking out for the rest of Thanksgiving Day doesn't sound like a whole lot of fun now does it? For other vegan recipes, check out our friends at Sustainablog.

Here's a recipe that I recommend you try:

#2 Better potatoes

Another part of Thanksgiving that most people cannot do without is potatoes, which are usually mashed, but  I have two options for this dilemma. The first one is layered potatoes. You can use sliced regular baking potatoes with half sweet potatoes and layer them in a casserole dish sort of like scalloped potatoes or you can make mashed potatoes and mashed sweet potatoes with a little cinnamon and a few pecans (you would make separately).

Nuts are very healthy in small quantities and spices are great for our bodies too. Reducing the amount of starchy foods we eat can help us to remain fuller longer. Sweet potatoes have more fiber than a regular white potato so, we may end up eating a little bit less and staying full longer if we add some sweet potatoes to our dish plus, they have extra vitamins that white potatoes do not have.  This is also a great vegetarian dish!

Here's a recipe that delicious especially if you have your own fresh herbs to add to it:

http://www.eatingwell.com/recipes/potato_sweet_potato_torte.html

#3 Cranberry sauce

It's a little embarrassing, but yes, I grew up on canned cranberry sauce like many of us probably have. But until I discovered how easy and delicious it is to make my own fresh cranberry sauce, I was eating the jellied round blob of so-called cranberry.

One Thanksgiving, I was at my aunt's house and tried her homemade cranberry sauce and it was just delicious because of the flavors it had. I asked her what her recipe was and she said she found it from Martha Stewart. I don't think I found the exact recipe and not sure if she wanted me to, but basically, it's not too expensive to make your own. A bag of fresh cranberries should do for about an 8 person dinner and you pretty much just boil them down a little bit with a bit of water, orange zest, a tad of sugar to taste, and cinnamon sticks. Voila!  Better tasting and better for you cranberry sauce.  Enjoy!

Here is a basic recipe to help you out:

I hope all of our GetLusty readers have an excellent Thanksgiving holiday weekend and get to spend time with the ones who matter most plus, enjoy some delicious, yet nutritious food.  If you would like more ideas or have any questions that I can answer please feel free to reach out to us anytime at reply@getlusty.com or get in touch with me directly.

8 Herbs and Vitamins to Make Sex Explosive

As we age, it is natural for our libido to drop and our testosterone and estrogen hormones to decrease. With a healthy regime full of exercise, communication, sleep, and limited alcohol and tobacco, we can reverse this effect. Its time to start filling up your grocery cart with these vitamin rich foods and herbs to rev up your sex life. Don't forget it's Naked November and having a healthy diet can help you feel sexier naked!

Disclaimer: Please talk to your physician before deciding to add any vitamins or herbs into your diet especially if you are diabetic, breast feeding, taking medications, or recently had surgery.

#1 Iron

Lack of sleep can greatly affect your sex life. A missing sex life can be attributed to fatigue, lack of exercise, poor diet, and low iron. Low iron, also know as anemia, can be link to feeling tired, weak and worn out. Meat, fish, cereals, dark leafy greens, and shellfish will provide you with iron as well as a daily vitamin supplement.

#2 Zinc

According to Livestrong, In an Australian study published in the "Asian Journal of Andrology" in 2009, researchers investigated the effect of zinc on 458 subfertile men. The team found that zinc deficiency leads to gonadal dysfunction and decreased testicular weight and can deplete levels of testosterone.

Zinc plays a crucial part in sexual development. Why? Men require zinc to create sperm. Find zinc in one of our favorite aphrodisiacs: oysters. Zinc is also found in eggs, beans, nuts and whole grains.

#3 Vitamin C

Vitamin C helps in strengthening blood vessel walls and helps the synthesis of hormones essential for sex. Vitamin C also helps prevents colds and improves your immune system. Eat lots of citrus fruits, kiwi and peppers for some much needed Vitamin C!

#4 Vitamin E

Vitamin E is referred to as the "sex vitamin" because it has been said to help in the production of sex hormones, which aids in attraction, desire and mood. This vitamin can also be used locally in the woman's vagina as a lubricant to help increase their experience and rehydrate tissue.

Be careful, though, if using latex condoms and oil based lubricants as it could reduce the effectiveness of the condom. For women: Poke a vitamin capsule with a pin and apply to your vagina several times a week to help increase sensation! Find Vitamin E in capsule form, or get it from foods like wheat germ, green vegetables and surprisingly, margarine.

#5 Ginseng

Ginseng can increase blood flow through a man's lower extremity and increase a female's desire, performance, energy and orgasm.

Ginseng affects the dopamine system which researchers believe trigger the sex drive. Men and women have been reportedly to feel more in the mood after taking ginseng supplements and being more excitable. Ginseng is not recommended if you are breast feeding due to the estrogen like effects.

#6 Maca

Maca, also known as, Peruvian Ginseng, grows in the high altitude regions of Peru. According to Discovery Health, Maca is Peru's Natural Viagra." Maca is said to improve lust and orgasm in both men and women. It is also used to improve one's strength, energy, stamina and libido. This is a non-toxic herb that anyone can take for improved sexual vibrancy. Certain health food stores sell this in supplement form.

#7 Horny Goat Weed

As the name suggest, Horny Goat Weed is a dark, leafy plant has been attributed to boost your libido! In men specifically, this herb has been found to correct erectile dysfunction. This herb can be taken in tea form with no known side effects. However, this herb is inconsistent in its commercial production, so you can get a bad batch that won't do anything for you.

#8 L-Arginine

L-Arginine is an amino acid that has been called a Viagra substitute for men and women! It increases the amount of blood flow to your sex organs. For the man, he will get a longer and stronger erection. For the woman, this can aid in increased stimulation. There is an herbal pill form of L-Arginine which is common among males.

Before deciding to add vitamins or herbs to your diet, do more research! We found much information about these from Discovery Health. As your physician and do research to see if the ingredients found in these herbs could cause negative reactions. Have other specific problems? Do e-mail us at reply@getlusty.com!

The 10 Commandments of Sex & Food

Sex and food go together like peanut butter and jelly. We have already talked about why food and sex work so well together and how to spice things up in your kitchen. But when involving food and sex we should always follow a set of commandments. No one wants any spicy peppers or hot oils near our pleasure zones! Ouch! So if you are ready to bring some sexy food into your love life read on! Dr. Jenn is here with her 10 commandments concerning food and sex!

* * *

Commandment #1

Many fresh fruits are sensual and nutritious. Choose five of different colors and shapes and create a fruit plate of foreplay.

Commandment #2

Eating small amounts of dark chocolate is not only pleasing to your taste buds, it also raises your body’s endorphins.

Commandment #3

Double the amount of time you usually spend eating a meal and chew each bite longer to truly experience the food

Commandment #4

Pay attention to all five senses when you’re in the bedroom and be present with regard to the pleasant sensations felt in the moment.

Commandment #5

Create your own aphrodisiacs – take turns once a week preparing or buying a meal or special food item that is all about pleasing your partner.

Commandment #6

Eat a rainbow of fresh vegetables regularly for the high fiber and vitamins and minerals. A healthy you can lead to a healthy sex drive.

Commandment #7

Spend 20 minutes eating an orange, alone or with a partner; be mindful of what it is like to make love to that orange.

Commandment #8

If you are going to indulge in foods that you think are guilty pleasures, don’t feel guilty and just enjoy the experience (and the pleasures).

Commandment #9

Never put sweet items in your vagina because the sugar can increase the chance of a bacterial infection.

Commandment #10

Avoid foods that make you feel bloated and sluggish (fried foods, refined carbohydrates, rich cream sauces, saturated fats, or excessive sugar) – it doesn’t feel sexy!

Keeping these commandments in mind, go forth and enjoy your sexual experience with all your senses!

Why Do Food & Sex Work So Well Together?

In the middle of weekend brunch, at GetLusty, we were getting lusty again. Not surprising. But we thought, why do food and sex go so wonderfully together? What's their relationship? In advertising, sex is used to sell food and many other products. But how might couples use that same sexiness to enhance their own relationship?

Our Shannon Ray reports.

* * *

Sex and food- the two go together like chocolate and peanut butter, P.B. and J, steak and potatoes, and milk and cookies. Our appetite for one only seems to be outweighed by our craving for the other.

We spend our time in immeasurable hours of feeling hungry/horny, wondering when we were going get our next hit- be food or sex. This link though may be more primitive then you thin. Demeter was the Roman Goddess of Fertility and Crops; showing that even ancient civilizations had sex and food on the brain.

Food is an addiction. Sex is also addiction, maybe the best addiction of them all. Many a love making session has started over a diner course. And preparing that special meal can be as intimate as having sex with your lover. The romantic dinner, the late night craving and the noon quickie are all escalations to sex. Certain foods even are thought to be an aphrodisiac like whipped cream, chocolate syrup, powered honey flavored jams and jellies and even Chez Whiz. Grapes, fed one at a time, are a staple of B-movies about decadent, imperial Romans. We give our loved one’s nicknames related to food –sugar, sweetie, honey, and muffin.

The same visceral experiences

The same can even be described for both sex and food: rich, spicy, mouth watering, sticky, messy, smooth, gooey, hot, cold, and in different. We also swallow, lick, bite, taste, suck and spit our way thru many courses and many lovers.

Haven’t we wished for the pizza delivery person to show up with a different kind of pie? And if they do, will the "30 minutes or free" be adjusted to all services rendered. And who hasn’t tried to recreate the refrigerator scene from “9 ½ Weeks”? Don't know what that scene was all about? Check it out below!

But how about combining the Betty Crocker Cookbook with the Kama Sutra? What if Julia Childs and Dr Ruth wrote the definitive sexual cooking book? This question became the topic during recent cocktail hour with friends. I asked, “If you had to compare sex with your lover to a food or beverage what one and why?”

Their reactions and answers were mixed. In the end, strawberry quick (sweet and smooth going down), brand “x” roman noodles (a basic staple), and poorly made sushi (tons of hype over some raw fish and rice) is what we came up with. So I ask you, does your lover make you think of gumbo (a savory mix with kick) or box of instant mashed potatoes (a quick fix)? Do they melt in your mouth? … Finger-licking good? … Good to the last drop?

Appetizers- foreplay, foreplay, foreplay. With this lover, sex is finger- foods as its best.
The meat and potatoes type- basic but still wonderful. The kind of sex that sticks to your ribs. Juicy, tender and who so filled with calories. It maybe not be as spicy as you’d like, but established is the name of this game.

The seven-course meal- a rare treat in itself. All the bases, no stone is left unturned in this meal, no taste bud left wanting. You walk away feeling full and satisfied in every way.

The buffet- a bit of everything and a whole lot waste of time. Remember, your eyes usually are bigger than your appetite. This lover feels it’s a necessity to try and serve it all instead of mastering a few.
The convince store/ fast food- microwave burrito’s and greasy burgers with fries are a fun treat sometimes, but is this really a meal that you’d like all the time?

Comfort Foods- these are the lovers that feel like home. They remind you of good old fashion Sunday meals of fried chicken, lumpy mashed potatoes with homemade gravy and all the sides. They seem to know every inch, every part of you all at once.

The desert cart- the sweetest of the sweet. Indulge yourself in the never-ending array of cakes, pastries, and pies. But remember ladies, too sweets leads to tooth decay.

We are instilled with two basic appetites- one for sex and one for food. With some lovers, you might starve to death from lack of nutrition. While with others, you may need “Overeaters Anonymous”. The future may show foreplay as a menu idea and many positions as carcinogenic. Lovemaking with any partner can be a feast or famine- a speculator buffet or letdown of leftovers. But it is always what you make of it. The proof, after all, is in the pudding.

Shannon has been interested and active around sex blogging for years. She loves talking, thinking about and researching sex. So, of course, she's the perfect GetLusty writer!

“I was raised by a tribe of drag queens. They taught me how to be fierce with a pen and lip-gloss,” often jokes writer Shannon Andrews-Ray. Having dated both sexes for nearly 15 years, Shannon gives an ‘Alice through the Looking Glass’ spin on the often hilarious mating habits of both men and women, through her various incarnations of her dating columns. “Love’s Frosting” is her most recent tumble.
