Best of 2012! 5 Health Benefits of Orgasm

Since we got lots of love for this article, we're including it as a 2012 favorite!

Big, small, earth shattering: we love them all. I am talking about orgasms of course! Though Orgasm October is over, our whole team is thinking about orgasms. They make us feel amazing, relaxed, re-energized, happy, and sexy. Everyone loves an orgasm! Who doesn't? But, besides those awesome things, orgasms also have some great health benefits. Not only do they feel amazing but here are some ways they improve our health! Our Crimson Love reports.

* * *

Like you ever needed an excuse to want an orgasm? Well, now you do. Below are 5 reasons you must be having orgasms regularly. Whether it's with a partner or alone, orgasms are an excellent way to touch yourself or sex yourself healthy. Anyway you spin it, orgasms are great!

Without adieu, the 5 health benefits of orgasm:

#1 Heart health

When your man cums, take it! Swallowing semen is not only good for your teeth but it is also good for your heart. Semen helps keeps plaque levels low and rigorous sex is also a great cardio workout. Have more sex and more orgasms because it helps keep your heart strong and your teeth healthy.

#2 Stress relief

Ever notice how when you have that big "O" it feels like everything else that stresses you out just melts away? It's because of the chemicals that your brain releases, dopamine, oxytocin, and serotonin. They all give you happy, loving feelings. Sex for your stress, anyone?

#3 Pain relief

OK, so admittedly, we did just write an article about how sex can be painful. We hope this isn't the case. If you are experiencing pain in sex, do check out that article. However, if you're experiencing pain in different areas of your body, orgasm can really alleviate that pain.

How? Orgasm works similarly to stress relief when oxytocin, dopamine, and endorphins are released in the body. When these chemicals are released, they increase your tolerance to pain. So, that headache that you have can feel a little better after a nice romp. No more excuses.

#4 Orgasms fight cancer

Regular sexual activity is good for your sexual organs. Regular ejaculation helps keep prostate cancer away. Similarly, regular sexual activity and orgasm is good for the vagina because it helps to keep different uterine conditions at bay. Have more sex to keep your sexual organs healthy!

#5 Better sleep

After your orgasm, your body releases a cocktail of amazing chemicals. One of them is endorphins which not only makes you feel happy but can also have the effect of a sedative. More sex and orgasms for better sleep? Yes, please!

Having orgasms does wonders for the body and for your overall health. So, go ahead have some more.

With love from, GetLusty!

5 Things NOT To Do Mid-Blowjob: Part 2

Maybe it's because it's Dick & Dildo December, but we're thinking about blowjobs a lot lately. Sometimes those who bestow the gift of the blowjob get the idea that trying new blowjob techniques will be a fabulous idea! That we don't necessarily need to even chat with our partners. I'll just pull out this crazy, fun, new idea that Cosmo gave me. He'll love it! Then, you go home and try it and surprise. It may be hilarious, but it doesn't really provide much pleasure to either of you. Therefore, in Part 2 of our series (check out part 1 here) on things not to do during a blowjob, our Brendan White returns with more of what not to do.

* * *

Did you think the bad blow job inquisitor was finished with merely 5 mediocre blow job maneuvers?  Please. I'm back with part II of bad blow job techniques! Curious about part I? Check them out: bad blowjob techniques.
I want to dispel some so-called blowjob techniques I ran into in magazines and online. Right off the bat I want to eliminate: hot sauce, sandpaper on the balls, scrotal acupuncture. I haven't personally experienced all of these, so if you have personal experience with any of these techniques and beg to differ, let me know in the comments section! Onward! 5 more blowjob techniques to avoid at all costs (or to at the very least talk with your partner about beforehand)!

#1 Spraying me with ice water?! No, please!

Spraying your partner with a bottle of ice water may cool down some hot foreplay. And weird him out. At the very least ladies, please talk with your partners before you try this.

#2 Surprise anal action

While a blow job may feel incredible accompanied with massaging the prostate, this is not a move you bust out willy-nilly. This is one of those things you should talk about first with your blow job recipient. There are people out there that look at the anus as a one-way street. Fingers are not welcome there. A little communication goes a long way.

#3 Nutella

Dip his dick in Nutella? Really? This isn't to stay that Nutella is not absolutely deliciously goodness. Everyone calm down and get back in your seats!

However, Nutella is also thick and pasty. Dry mouth, anyone? It'd be the equivalent of a peanut butter blowjob! A more viscous chocolate syrup is less dangerous and can achieve the same  effect. I am extremely curious about if anyone has used that hardening chocolate syrup sexually. Report back to me!

#4 Talking weirdly dirty

While I think talking dirty can be extremely sexy, it is a slippery slope. Too often, people take their dirty talk queues from porn, which we all know is not like our real life sex. Porn often times is meant to be over the top and absurd, so saying something like, "I'm going to lay siege to your penis with my mouth pussy!" to your significant other may just confuse and upset them. Talking dirty is hot when it sounds genuine. Another thing to consider: it doesn't always have to be filthy to be dirty. Soon, GetLusty for Couples will have multiple ways to talk dirty. For now, talk about talking dirty before sex. See what they'd like to hear and what you'd like to say.

#5 Combining them all!?

Most of this list is based on inference, not experience. I would love it for someone to do some gonzo journalism. Get your guy ready, then run to the kitchen. Grab the nutella, pepper, grapes from the freezer, fork, cold water and pop rocks (maybe for ease you could assemble this motley list into a specially allocated "blow job drawer"), and go to town!  I advice just giving the blowjob in the kitchen to save you a few trips. You may want one of these while you're causing sexual PTSD.

Talk about it!

But hey, who am I to judge. Human beings have demonstrated that they can sexualize virtually anything. That being said, I cannot stress how important it is to talk to your partner.

It may not feel very elegant or sexy to explicitly discuss what you want to do or want to receive but it's much better than being unpleasantly surprised in the middle of a hot and heavy moment. Consent is sexy. There should be no surprise sexual acts. If you're uncertain, talk about it.

3 Tips for Lovingly Playing With His Balls

We don't write frequently on testicles. They always seem to get left out. There's prostate play and pegging and our friend Charlie Glickman talks about prostate play. Although Camille Crimson noted testicle play in her blowjob recommendations. However, we haven't spoken about playing with your mans' balls. So Tommy Allen, our favorite happily married husband, is here to talk about why you might want to play with his balls more often.

* * *

Ball squeezing is so misunderstood. I'm sure some men have a very sensitive scrotum and their partner can tell when too much pressure is applied. For example, listen for the loud wail. But you'll be pleasantly surprised just how hard you can squeeze those begging balls when passion has consumed him.

The cupped hand of a loving partner around the family jewels is one of the most sensual things a guy can experience. A partner who is willing to hold your precious pearls in her hand and knead them gently is very special indeed. I'm talking about kneading like with bread. Gently. But when she knows what to do and how far she can go and how hard she can squeeze, it can be explosive.

Too much too soon can be painful, but just the right amount of pressure at the right time can be wonderful. My recommendations:

#1 Start very gently

Be sure you start softly and continue to become more aggressive - up until the point he pulls away. Pain can be erotic, in small bits. It can be a mood killer if you give too much before he's ready. He may have extremely sensitive testicles or not so much. First understanding his responses will let you know how gently (or more aggressive) you can massage his crown jewels.

#2 Start with one

You can embrace his entire ball sack is in your hand therefore spreading the pressure over a wider area. Or try kneading ONE ball between your fingers. Too much concentrated pressure and he will surely let you know. But by having his testicles in your hand you can apply gently increasing pressure as his pleasure escalates.

#3 Gradually add pressure

Once the mood has swung into high gear imagine yourself as his sexual master and in control of his whole being with only his balls in your hand. You can squeeze and squeeze hard to elicit response. At this point you can make him grimace in pain, as long as you keep the juices flowing. Add pressure, then release and rub his dick. The enjoyment of your hand on his dick quickly diminishes the pain in his balls.

There are few times a man enjoys waking up with sore and bruised balls. One of those is the morning-after having his balls worked over by an overzealous partner having her way with him. The guy thinks how sore his tesitcles are, then a smile comes over his face as he remembers those hands that were squeezing them only hours ago. The pleasure lingers with the pain.

Sometimes you ladies think of guy's balls the way men think of breasts - something to touch once, touch twice, and then go for gold. Men should savor and enjoy the breasts like fine wine and you girls should feast on those precious hanging nuts during the entire meal, not just as an appetizer.

Does Penis Size Matter? (NSFW)

Because it's almost Dick & Dildo December. And men are obsessed with their penises. We have been for a while now. It’s not really the organ itself that we’re captivated by, but the size of said organ. Even in this day and age, our thought process is still pretty primitive. Bigger is better. This is what we boys are taught through social interaction with other primitive-minded males. With a slightly less primitive perspective, lets take a look at some reasoning behind all this penis envy. GetLusty's Jason Estrada is here to talk about it and deconstruct the 'truth' about penis size.

* * *

Does penis length matter? That depends on what you’re actually asking. Does it matter when it comes to underwear shopping? Then, yes, it does matter how big, long or wide your penis is. Does penis length matter when it comes to satisfying your woman? Not necessarily. Read on.

Global penis average

The latest penis length average that is agreed upon by some scientist is 5.1-5.9 inches (flacid). Erect, the numbers were closer to 5-7 inches. Now you might remember it being 6.5 inches, but scientists recently came to the conclusion that the previous statistics were flawed. The 6.5 inches was based on men measuring their own penises. It turns out that the men involved might have embellished the truth a bit. Some just straight out lied.

Whether your penis is 6.5 inches or 5.877 inches, it doesn’t really matter. The vagina will accommodate itself to any length, even a 4-inch penis. The average non-child bearing woman’s vagina is only 3 inches long when not aroused (measured from the opening of the vagina to the tip of the cervix). Once she’s sexually excited, her vagina only extends another inch or so. Though some women have more vaginal depth. According to Ask Alice, "Regardless, during arousal, blood flows to the genital area, and sexual excitement causes the upper two-thirds of the vagina to lengthen by forcing the cervix and uterus to ascend." So no, size doesn't matter. In fact, I think penis size is more about comparison to other penises.

Penis envy

Why are men so nuts when it comes to our little buddy down there? One thing that increases our obsession with penis length is, we don’t believe our partners when they tell us that they’re satisfied. The fact is, if she’s a good wife/girlfriend, she’s gonna lie. She’s going to tell her man that his 4 inch penis is more than enough for her. She can’t stand the thought of a large penis being inside her. This is what men are thinking, that women are just trying to make us feel good about ourselves. And how dare they, right?

We talked about this penis problem in an earlier article. Men seem to think that their penis should look like a porn star’s. You know, the one you watched on your laptop last night while you’re partner was asleep. Comparing your normal human penis to a rare penis-pumped cock is going to hurt your self-esteem. You’re going to start looking at all those penis enlargement websites and wasting your money on scams.

Small dick? Try foreplay

How about this as an alternative: Save that money and take your partner out on a sexy date. Then, later, when you’re both back home, try having an erotic experience together? Sex isn’t all about shoving your dick in and out of her. Try some of our articles on different sex positions (like the pussy scarf) and definitely make her orgasm with cunnilingus. You can even up the ante with G-spot stimulation during cunnilingus. Still not sure? We recommend the 3 must read books on cunnilingus. Most importantly, listen to your partner. If you do something unnatural to your penis and welcome her home with something that’s going to hurt her, you’ve just ruined sex with the person you love. When she tells you that you are a perfect size, believe her!

Tighten Up! How to Practice your Kegels

You'd think this is how to exercise your Kegel muscles. No. But doing your Kegels are just as simple! Think of the benefits of working out: it improves your sex life, outlook on life and self-esteem (it's Naked November, after all). The human body consists of several hundred muscles. Exercising each and every muscle can be a bit daunting--but it doesn't have to be. Today, we would like to share some exercise tips for the all important Kegel muscles. What makes them so important? How does one exercise their Kegel muscles anyway? GetLusty's Jason Estrada reports.

* * *

Raise your hand if you know what and where your pubococcygeus (PC) muscles are. Never heard of it? Well, you might wanna pay attention. The PC muscles are part of the pelvic floor, and these muscles play a big role in your daily life. These muscles stretch from your anus to your urinary sphincter and hold your internal organs in place.

Back in 1948 a doctor by the name of Arnold Kegel published something called a pelvic floor exercise. Today, we call it a Kegel exercise. All it really consists of is repetitive contractions and relaxation of the muscles that form part of the pelvic floor. Most people, today, refer to them as the "Kegel muscles."

Below are reasons why you want to exercise these muscles:

Pregnant Women

All sorts of craziness happens to a woman's body during, and after, pregnancy. I don't mean "craziness" - I mean, a woman's body is endowed with natural and beautiful manifestations. Beautiful things like vaginal prolapse, uterine prolapse, and urinary incontinence. Kegel exercises can prevent and treat these effects of pregnancy.

Men (pregnant or not)

Don't worry men, you're in no danger of vaginal prolapse, but urinary incontinence does affect you. Another thing to keep in mind is your prostate. Kegel exercises are beneficial in treating prostate pain and swelling due to benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and prostatitis.

Better Sex!

Now that we have your attention: Dr. Kegel published a report that claimed women doing these exercises were climaxing more easily, more frequently, and with greater intensity.

Research published in BJU International concluded "that pelvic floor exercises should be considered as a first-line approach for men seeking long-term resolution of their erectile dysfunction. After the 3 month study, 40% of men regained normal erectile function, and 35.5% had experienced some improvement.

Also, having more control over these pelvic muscles is said to have benefits for the problem of premature ejaculation.

Exercises for Women

First, you have to find your pelvic floor muscles. A good trick is to stop urination in midstream. The alternative is doing the same exercise after you've stopped peeing. The muscles that stopped your urine are the ones you're looking for. Now finishing emptying your bladder. You should always have an empty bladder when exercising your pelvic floor muscles.

Now that you're off the "John", go lie on your back. Contract your pelvic floor muscles and hold for 5 seconds, then relax for 5 seconds. Do a set of 4 to 5. Your goal should be to constantly improve the amount of time you can keep the muscles contracted. Work up to 10 second repetitions. Also, keep your focus on the pelvic floor muscles. Don't flex your abs, thighs, or buttocks. This exercise is no different from any other, so keep breathing. Do not hold your breath.

For the gents

Locating the "Kegel" muscles is the same for men. During urination, stop or slow down the flow. Another way - pretend you're trying to stop the passage of gas. Yep, there it is. Squeezing the pelvic floor muscles gives us guys a pulling sensation. Now do it like the ladies. Start with a set of 4 to 5 second contractions, and work your way up to 10 second reps.

The goal for both men and women should be 3 sets of 10 second repetitions each day.

Kegel exercise tools

Naturally, there are a large array of tools manufactured and sold to help exercise this tiny little patch of muscles.

Kegel Balls: Also known as ben wa, these weighted pairs of glass or metal balls are inserted into a woman's vagina for the mere purpose of having something to hold onto.

Vaginal Cone: These weighted devices work like the Kegel balls. These cones can be rigid or filled with gel or a fluid. Once inserted, just hold on.

Biofeedback: It's not as intense as it sounds. That's a lie - it is pretty extreme. Biofeedback uses electrical stimulation to help identify your pelvic muscles, and can also exercise the muscles for you.

Kegel Exerciser: These are meant for resistance training. It looks like a hand grip strengthener. After it's inserted into the woman's vagina, the handles are spread apart. The woman, then, squeezes the handles together, building muscle strength by holding the device closed for several seconds.

If you can't seem to locate your "Kegel" muscles, or are having trouble strengthening the area, go ahead and look into these kinds of tools. If you don't need them, then don't waste your money.

Tool or not, don't ignore the importance of a strong pubococcygeus muscle. Stay Lusty!

3 Simple Solutions for Erectile Problems

Relationships are never easy, and will never be. Relationships take time, effort, and lots of care. So when something changes in us physically, mentally, emotionally, we need to be able to open up and communicate to our partner in order to keep our relationship strong. For men, having an erection is a symbol of their manhood. But, as time moves forward, some men may experience loss of erections, or erectile dysfunction. However, this doesn't mean that your sex life is over, or you should ever feel ashamed or embarrassed. Amy Jo Goddard is here to talk about the elusive erection and offers tips on how to approach the subject, not hide from it.

* * *

It’s the big unspoken secret. There is a real sadness many men (and their partners) have about the waning state of their erections. Why does it happen? For many reasons. Be it due to aging or other challenges in their relationships. Many men will blow it off by feigning a new disinterest in sex. And some really are less interested than ever before with many biochemical and emotional changes at work.

#1 Don't feel ashamed; communicate

Sometimes men begin to avoid sexual situations all together because they fear embarrassment, more shame, and guilt that they can’t please their partner the way they think he or she wants to be pleased. That potential humiliation is enough to shut a man down sexually. And if he shuts down, often, his partner will shut down too. And that’s really no fun. The partner may also feel angry, frustrated, lonely and resentful towards him for abandoning their sexual life, wanting some of that juicy sexiness back. And there is no reason why you can’t reclaim it.

For many men, their sexual prowess is built on having big erections and hard cocks with which to please their partners. When their erections become elusive, a deep shame can creep in that separates a man from his partner and inhibits sex. The really sad part is that this situation could do just the opposite and bring lovers closer together if they are able to communicate honestly and create solutions.

#2 Consider the alternatives

My co-author Kurt Brungardt and I wrote about this in Lesbian Sex Secrets for Men; the idea that it’s actually very freeing for men to let go of their cocks being at the center of the game. Men who learn to use their fingers, hands, mouths and brains in sex will be far less destabilized when erectile difficulties crop up. They know they have many tools of pleasure at the ready and they will use them rather than the alternative: avoiding sex altogether.

This is not to say there won’t be a sense of loss for many men as things in their bodies and sexual functioning change. Sometimes there is a real loss to grieve and it’s important to get support for those feelings.

On some level, we all experience loss as we age and our sexual functioning changes. Rather than getting stuck in our guilt, fears, or sadness about it, we can work towards embracing change and our new life stage.

#3 Embrace change

I know that’s not what a lot of people want to hear. This is part of the denial that fuels Viagra sales. Viagra may be right for some people in some situations, but more important is to work on what’s contributing to erectile difficulties and the feelings and reactions men and their partners have when they come up.

When a man and his partner handle erectile difficulties with grace, new ideas for pleasure open up and more sexual fulfillment is possible. Sometimes, dare I say, better than before. And sometimes, the erections come back. Win. Win. So why not tackle it head on?

What is your experience with the elusive erection? I’d love to hear you chime in on this.

Foreskin 201: Why and Why Not? (NSFW)

We got some flack for offending the foreskin. We didn't really mean to. We love foreskins! GetLusty loves all penises, dicks and your preferred nickname. Our Penis Anatomy 101 article has received more comments per reader than any other article on GetLusty!

So, of course, the follow up is... What are these folks (mostly men unsurprisingly) so passionate about? We may turn this into a series. Is this sentiment that's leading to the USA reducing its rates of circumcision? There are many fervent advocates on both side of the fence. So here, we address these issues. Call it a debate! Feel free to continue the conversation below. We love comments!

* * *

Foreskin: The Why and Why Not?

Last week, I wrote an article that discussed a few interesting facts about the penis. Circumcision was mentioned, and to some individuals, some of the statements made, real and true, offended those who might call themselves “intactivists.”

Basically, these passionate individuals are against the practice of circumcision, because to them it is considered genital mutilation. Because of such a strong response, I thought I’d take the time out and mention the pros and cons of circumcision, as well as the whys behind circumcision—whether they are medical, sexual, religious, or cultural reasons.

As I mentioned in Penis 101, most men, specifically 60-75% men in the United States, are estimated to be circumcised. That’s not a small number, and to some, it is too large of a number. But wait, let’s talk about why this might be.

Medical

1) Medical: Foreskin is supposed to be retractable. In other words, it should be able to slide up and down the shaft and cover the head of the penis, without discomfort or pain.

However, only 1 in 20 newborn have foreskin that is retractable right away. For some boys, it takes a year or even three. For others, there might be a problem where the foreskin is unable to retract or retracts and gets stuck near the base of the penis. These are actual medical conditions, which can be cured through circumcision. In that case, parents feel it beneficial to circumcise their child so he does not feel pain and possibly have more complications.

Now, when the child is born with a functioning foreskin, it is highly recommended to teach the child how to clean their foreskin. On the underside of the foreskin, there is a mucus membrane which is very similar to the inside of the eye and mouth. This wet and warm area can harbor different types of bacteria and some men find the lack of cleaning can produce a cheese-like substance to sit underneath the foreskin. Not to say there is anything wrong with cheese-like substances, but that isn’t the most appealing sight and definitely not the kind of cheese a woman wants to eat while hanging out with her partner.

Because the foreskin traps bacteria in the genital area, there is a higher risk for sexually transmitted diseases for uncut guys. Now, this isn’t only a risk for the men, but also for the men and women they are sleeping with.

Cervical cancer and penile cancer are both caused by different strands of HPV. Interestingly enough, five studies showed that no man who was circumcised as a newborn developed penile cancer, while the lifetime risk for an uncircumcised man developing this cancer was one in six-hundred.

Does that mean that all men should be circumcised because of these reasons? Absolutely not. It just means that men need to be aware of their foreskin and make sure it’s clean and taken care of, especially before, during, and after practicing safe sex.

Sexual

2) Sexual: Although research is unclear and scientists are not certain of these findings, by removing te foreskin, it is commonly assumed that men are losing some sexual stimulation. It is true that the foreskin has nerve endings that could cause more sensitivity and sexual pleasure to be experienced.

Also, the foreskin is sometimes viewed as beneficial because it acts as a sleeve that makes the gliding of the penis during masturbation and sex easier and naturally lubricated.

 However, if you ask a circumcised guy if they feel less or more with or without their foreskin, they most likely would not be able to tell you. The reason for this is because most men are circumcised while they are infants. In fact, some men would even say that they have a hard enough time controlling their ejaculation without extra sensitivity of the foreskin. Each man is different and for many men, it is what it is. They don’t know better with or without the foreskin. Don’t get me wrong—there are websites and blogs that showcase men who are upset that they didn’t have a choice in their circumcision.

Because of religion

3) Like we mentioned above, some men just need to get circumcised because their foreskin wasn’t fully functional. But for many, it was simply their parents’ decision based on cultural and religious practices. In the Jewish faith, it is customary to have the newborn boy circumcised on the eighth day. In this religion, it is considered a rite of passage and performed by a specific religious leader trained in surgical procedures.

Similarly in Islam, the boys are circumcised. It does not have to be right after the baby is born, but is seen as a rite of passage as well. Now, circumcision is not only done by Jewish or Islamic people, but by Christians all over the world as well. From Kenya to the United States, it is considered a common practice and not frowned upon by many people.

However, there are many individuals who do consider circumcision to be the sole choice of the male who has the penis. It makes sense, but obviously, circumcision is not a simple topic considering medical, sexual, and religious concerns. Understandably, some males feel like circumcision wasn't, 'their choice' and they'll leave it up to their own sons to make that choice. We understand! Foreskin can be a big part of who you are. And it can feel like something's missing when you don't have it.

At GetLusty, we believe in respect and love—of yourself and of one another. To each their own. To healthy genitals. To great sex. To you—with or without your foreskin. There is a whole lot to love.

My Favorite Things: Sex Slang for Giggles

Need to add some more slang words to you sex vocabulary? Forget the dictionary! Nadine Thornhill from Adorkable Undies is here with a post on some of her favorite sexy slang terms for our nether regions.

* * *

Tonight I’m facilitating a session on sex positivity for some new volunteers at work. My favorite part of the lesson involves an activity called “penis vulva arm."  The group must come up with as many euphemisms/slang terms for each body part. It’s no holds-barred. Participants are encouraged to throw out any word no matter how cheesy, inappropriate or potentially offensive it might be.

We write all the words on large sheets of paper. Invariably, there are dozens of words for both penis and vulva, while the record for “arm” stands at four. The purpose of the exercise is to illustrate how many words we’ve created to describe the sexual parts of our bodies and how, to some extent, the breadth of language exists as a way to avoid speaking about sex directly.

While I agree that speaking in anatomically correct terms without blushing furiously is a good thing, I must confess that I do have fun with less formal sex-talk in certain contexts. Here, for your consideration, are some of my favorite sexy slang terms:

Vulva: Cunt. The Lion.

Clitoris: Clit

Vagina: Vag. Inside me/her.

Penis: Cock

Testicles: Balls. (I’m trying to break my habit of saying “balls!” to express disappointment, as I like balls/testicles quite a bit. “pants!” is the my new “balls!”)

Scrotum: Ball sack

Breasts: Boobs (in casual conversation). Tits (in sexy situations)

Butt: Ass. Booty.

Semen: Jizz

Vaginal lubrication: Va-Jizz

Penetrative Sex: Fuck(ing)

Spanking: Ass slap

Fellatio: Going down. Sucking cock.

Cunnilingus: Use/using your mouth (The term “eating out” just doesn’t make sense to me.)

Anal Sex: Ass fuck(ing)

Masturbation: Wanking. Taking Care Of Business.

When it comes to sex words, do you have some preferred slang terms or do you like to straight up tell it like it is? Comments are open so don’t be shy. Speak up!
